I have hired and supervised up to 2 employees while managing multiple domestic and international subcontractors. Efficiency increased Small businesses, Minority Business Enterprises (SB/MBE), Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and other Minority Educational Institutions (MEIs) participation in several Prime Contracts. In addition, I have helped grow several new customers to become investors, e.g., US Air Force, US Navy, NASA, UK - Ministry of Defence (MoD), and UK - Defence Science and Technology Laboratory [dstl].
